Child Health and Dental Services

Child Health Clinic: Provides medical, nursing, and nutritional health services which includes establishment of participants individual health history, regular and periodic physical assessment and/or physical examinations, routine clinical laboratory tests, case management (high risk patients), general health monitoring, nursing and nutritional health counseling/instruction including anticipatory growth and develpment guidance for parents. Eligibility for these services is limited to children through 10 years of age in low income families who are unable to secure these services for themselves. Fee for service for those not eligible for Medicaid or Title V. Clinic Hours are Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Child Health Dental Services: Dental services are provided to children 6 months through 20 years of age that are Title V or Medicaid eligible. Services are provided by appointment only. For an apopointment, please call (940) 761-7838.
