KID FISHING RODEO

 
Participants will bish mainly for trout.  Prizes will be given for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd largest and smallest trout.  1st & 2nd for largest & smallest of other species in three age categories:  2 - 7, 8 - 11 & 12 - 16.  Participants should bring their own fishing poles and bait.  A limited number of poles will be available to borrow from Parks & Wildlife at the event, first come, first serve.  The lake will be stocked with Rainbow Trout shortly before the event.

     When:    Saturday, March 6

     Time:     10:00 – 12:00 noon

     Where:   Plum Lake (1702 Sheppard Access Road, by the Softball Complex)
