The Traffic Engineering division consists of three major functional groups: Signals, Street lights, and Signs/markings.Additional responsibilities of the Traffic Engineering Division include the maintenance and repair of City-controlled area lighting, ball field lighting, and trail lighting. In addition, the division maintains and repairs the outdoor warning system. Parking control duties in the downtown and hospital districts are also performed by this division.
