Dec. 1 City Council Meeting This is the regularly scheduled meeting of the Wichita Falls City Council. The public is invited to attend these open meetings and has an opportunity to address the Council during Public Comments at the beginning of each meeting. Regularly scheduled City Council meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month.
